For New Members
How To Join
To enroll, please fill out the PAC Membership Information Form. This information helps us to serve you better. When you submit your form, the Club Treasurer will receive a copy by email.
You may pay the club dues in the Membership section of this page. Select the type of membership you want (individual, family, or junior).
First year’s dues may prorated, depending on what month you join. Select the duration for the month you join. Renewing members should select Annual.
For New and Renewing Members

DUES:
First, choose your membership type – individual, family, or junior (age 17 or younger).
If you are renewing, it’s easy! Memberships renew annually in January for the entire year.
If you are joining as a new member, congratulations and thank you! Choose the shortest duration that contains your start month to get prorated dues.

Computers are both helpful and annoying. If you find them more annoying than helpful, you can click on the link below the image of the old-school version of the form to open it in a new window.
From there print it out, fill it out, and snail mail it to the address on the form.
You can also pay your dues by including a check to the club with the form instead of paying online.
